Swami Sankaraamritananda Puri (Dr. C. Nagarajan) is a senior disciple of Sadguru Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi. He joined Mata Amritanandamayi Math in 1991. He is an ayurvedic physician by profession with a postgraduate qualification i.e., MD in Kayachikitsa. He has completed his BAMS in 1986 from the University of Madras and MD from the University of Kerala in 1991. He is currently serving as Medical Superintendent and Medical Director of Amrita School of Ayurveda. Also rendering as Professor in Department of Kayachikitsa.
He has traveled to Germany, Switzerland, and Spain to promote Ayurveda and Indian philosophy. He has conducted many workshops and seminars in various important Ayurvedic topics. He is a teacher, physician, and scholar in Indian philosophy.
