Dr. Parvathy Unnikrishnan currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Prasutitantra & Striroga, Amrita School of Ayurveda, Amritapuri. She pursued her BAMS (silver medalist) from Amrita School of Ayurveda and pursued Post Graduation from Amrita School of Ayurveda, Kollam. Dr. Parvathy worked as Consultant in Women and Child Health Care, Sree Sankara Ayurveda Hospital, Changanassery, during March 2017- February 2018. She has conducted awareness classes for adolescents regarding menstrual health and hygiene as a part of school health programmes in co-ordination with the school authorities. She has also participated in medical camps organised with various Government agencies exclusively for women.
